I just wanted to write and thank you for making our wedding cake on 12th September at Stoodleigh Court. It was so popular I didn't get to taste or even see the chocolate and lemon tiers once they were cut up and served! All we had left at the end of the night was a quarter of the bottom tier - I've never seen a wedding cake be eaten so quickly! Just a little note to say thank you so much for all your lovely work on producing our wedding anniversary cake and cup cakes (A collection of real treasures for the children- and some of the kid at heart adults).
The cake was beautifully presented and your suggestion as to the white icing inscription was well founded as it gave quite a regal touch to it and enriched the colours of the spray of flowers. The cake was delicious and texturally melted in the mouth. Everyone commented on both the presentation and taste. Lovely job.
